Drop-in
This class will be a comprehensive class covering ALL aspects of handling and showing your purebred dog in the Conformation ring. We will cover how to stack, gait, and present your dog with perfection. With your skill level and your dog’s breed in mind, there are tips and tricks for everyone to learn. Beginner and expert friendly.
Drop-in
Advanced Conformation class will be for those handlers and owner-handlers who have been showing in Conformation for a year or more. This Advanced class will concentrate on advanced handling techniques for the show ring. We will concentrate on individual goals and a breakdown of each handler's techniques based on the breed standard of each dog. We will introduce different training tools as well as using video review and breed specific critiques.
Prerequisite: Have shown dogs for 1 year or more or have finished at least one dog on the AKC or UKC circuits.
Drop-in
Beginning Conformation is a class designated exclusively for those who are just starting out in Conformation and who have shown in Conformation for less that 1 year. This will be a comprehensive class covering ALL aspects of handling and showing your purebred dog in the Conformation ring. We will take an in-depth look into your Breed Standards, review correct leads to use on your dog. FIT PAWS training, Cavaletti Pole Training, video review as well as how to stack, gait, and present your dog with perfection.
Prerequisite: Have shown dogs for 1 year or less or have never finished a dog on the AKC or UKC
circuits.
