Think of Trick Puppy like kindergarten … a place where your puppy will learn essential skills in a fun environment, but with the opportunity to deepen the bond between you and your puppy! Trick Puppy classes are designed for all breeds of dogs 3 - 12 months of age. We teach important basic obedience commands such as Sit, Stay and Come, as well as introduce a new fun trick each week - and we will even have a first brief introduction to agility. The course will teach you luring techniques while adding in positive reinforcement, building the foundation for all future training.

Requirements: Any dog age 3-12 months. No previous training required.

The S.T.A.R. Puppy classes are designed for all breeds of puppies 3 - 10 months of age. Throughout the seven week classes, you will begin to understand your newest family member, solve problems, answer questions, introduce obedience commands and have fun! Obedience commands consist of: sit, down, loose leash walking, no jumping up and to come when called. Each class begins with a group discussion on an informative subject such as nail trimming, toys, crate training, or skin and ear care. Introduction to Puppy Agility Obstacle course is presented as well!

Puppies that successfully complete this class can earn the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy distinction and will receive a certificate from the AKC and be listed in the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy records at the AKC.
