Anyone who has trained with us through at least one session of classes is eligible to apply for membership. You will need to submit a New Membership Application which requires you to obtain two current USDTC members to sign as sponsors. Once your completed application and payment is received, it will be reviewed by the USDTC board which meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Following the board's approval, your application will then be read to the membership for voting at the next General Meeting. General Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of every other month (unless otherwise noted to accommodate a holiday). You will be required to attend this meeting for your membership approval to be completed. If you are not able to attend, your membership will be held until voting can take place with you in attendance.

Once your membership is activated, you will be eligible for the following member benefits:

• New members receive a 20% discount on classes/class cards until renewal date. Renewing members who volunteer a minimum of 12 hours during the current membership year receive a 40% discount on classes/class cards the following membership year.

• Special Member pricing on USDTC-hosted seminars

• Off hours building use accompanied by an instructor ($10 fee or use a class card)

• Access to the Members Only area on USDTC web site

• Annual Awards Banquet: USDTC recognizes club members earning titles on their dogs, and will provide awards, some at no cost 

• Members with qualifying dogs also have the opportunity to be on a club sponsored team for DACOF or DOCOF
